Why this program?

This loyalty program allows us to thank you by crediting you with points that you can exchange for discount vouchers.

How do I register?

Simply create an account on our site and you will be automatically added to our loyalty program.

How do I get out of the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, which would seem strange to us, simply send us an email and we will remove you from the program, all points earned will be forfeited.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. You can earn as many as you can!

How do I know how many points I have already earned

In the tab “My Account” and “Loyalty Reward Program” you will find the number of points acquired and the number of points already redeemed.

How do I redeem my points?

If you have the necessary number of points for one of the 3 available vouchers, just go to the “Claim” tab and click on the corresponding voucher.

Can I use my points for a purchase?

No, you don’t have that option. The only way is to claim your discount voucher and add it during the payment on the “Coupon” tab to apply the discount.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points when you make purchases, by subscribing to our newsletter, following us on social networks, writing product reviews, etc… Find all the possibilities on the loyalty program home page.

Why refer our site?

We have implemented in our loyalty program the possibility to refer our site.

If you wish to do so, you just have to share a code with your friends and if they make a purchase on our site they will get 5% discount immediately on their purchase and you will receive in exchange 250 loyalty points for each of them.

What does the exclusion period mean?

The “exclusion period” is intended to limit the use of points against a scenario where we have to make a refund a few days after a product return, but our customer has already redeemed his or her points.

This exclusion period is the same for reviews, we want to make sure that the person has actually purchased the product they are reviewing.

Points are “pending” during the exclusion period (10 days) and cannot be used to claim rewards.
